Our Christmas Coffee Gift box includes 2 coffees carefully selected by us to celebrate this festive season. 

1.  Chelelectu / Washed / Ethiopia 

Heleanna Georgalis runs Moplaco trading company and carefully sources her coffees from the best producers in Ethiopia. 

We have been working with Heleanna for a number of years and love the coffees she sources. The last three years we have featured a coffee from Heleanna as one of our Christmas Coffees. This year, we decided to highlight another one of Heleanna's wonderful coffees: Chelelectu a washed coffee from Yirgacheffe.

Jaime Cardenas / Red Honey / Costa Rica

Jaime Cardenas first began producing coffee in 2005. He named his coffee farms after his children and this coffee comes from his farm Maybel. Jaime started with little knowledge of the industry, but soon began producing high grade coffee. Jaime is meticulous with his coffee production and takes care to maintain high standards within production. We have been buying coffee from Jaime since 2021 and we are excited to offer this coffee from Jaime's micro-mill again as one of our Christmas coffees!
